Visit heartbridge.online and click the 'Register' button in the top right corner. You can also click 'Get Started' directly from the homepage.

Enter your email address, choose a secure password (minimum 6 characters) and select your country of residence. If someone referred you, enter their referral code in the provided field.

A verification email will be sent to you. Click the link in that email to activate your account. Check your spam folder if you can't find it. You can resend the email if needed.

Once your email is verified, log in with your credentials. You'll be greeted by an assistant that will guide you through creating your profile.

HeartBridge operates between Europe and China. In compliance with PIPL (Article 39), we inform you of each service that processes your data and in which country: hosting (OVH, France/EU), AI (OpenAI, DeepSeek), payment (Stripe), video (Agora), translation (RealTranslate). Each service is detailed with the type of data involved.

Take time to read the full list of services. If you refuse cross-border transfer, you can still create your profile and view matches, but features requiring transfer (AI coach, video calls, translation) will be disabled. You can change your mind at any time in your privacy settings.

You control each authorization precisely: audio/video processing for matching, cross-border transfer, functional cookies, and AI auto-matching. Each option is independent — enable only those you’re comfortable with. Click ‘Confirm my choices’ to validate. You can modify these choices at any time from your privacy settings.

This is the name your matches will see. You can use your first name, a nickname, or a pseudonym. This name will be visible on your public profile — choose something friendly and memorable.

Enter your first and last name. This information remains confidential and is never displayed publicly. It is only used for identity verification by our team.

Select your date of birth. The matching algorithm uses this to respect your age preferences and those of your potential matches. Only your age (not the exact date) is visible.

Indicate your gender and the gender you’re looking for. This information is essential for the algorithm to suggest relevant matches.

Select your country and city of residence. HeartBridge connects Europe and China — your location helps the algorithm evaluate geographic compatibility and meeting possibilities.

Write a short bio that represents you. Talk about your passions, what makes you unique, what you’re looking for. No need to write a novel — a few sincere, authentic sentences are enough. This is the first thing your matches will read!

This step is optional (you can skip it), but it enriches your profile. Enter your profession and education level. This information gives context to your matches and improves proposal quality.

Select all the languages you speak. This is an important criterion for cross-cultural matching. Don’t worry if you don’t speak your match’s language — HeartBridge offers automatic message translation and even real-time video translation (Gold plan).

Last step! Set your desired age range and countries you’re interested in. You can select multiple countries. These preferences guide the algorithm but are not blocking — if an exceptional profile doesn’t exactly match, it may still be suggested to you.

Congratulations! Your basic profile is created. You can now add photos, complete your bio, and submit your application for review. Our team reviews every profile within 24-48 hours to ensure community quality.

From your dashboard, click 'Questionnaire'. You'll find two sections: essential questions (required) and optional questions that further refine your matching.

12 questions cover fundamental topics: your relationship goals, openness to international mobility, values, communication expectations, and more. Answer honestly — there are no wrong answers. The algorithm seeks compatibility, not perfection.

8 open-ended questions let you express your personality: your life rhythm, how you imagine a first date, your cultural curiosity... These answers add depth to your profile and help the AI coach advise you better.

The questionnaire auto-saves as you go. A progress bar shows your completion rate. When all essential questions are complete, click 'Submit' to activate matching.

Our AI cross-references over 50 criteria from your profile and questionnaire: values, lifestyle, goals, cultural preferences. It also learns from your interactions to refine its suggestions over time.

Match proposals appear in your 'Matches' section with a compatibility score as a percentage. Each proposal includes the profile, bio, spoken languages, and location.

Take time to review each proposal. If the profile interests you, click 'Accept'. If not, decline without pressure. A match only becomes active when both people accept.

When a match is mutual, a conversation opens automatically. You can exchange messages (with automatic translation if needed), and your AI coach can suggest conversation topics.

From your match's page or the 'Chat' section, send a first message. Our AI coach can suggest opening messages tailored to your match's profile if you need inspiration.

If you and your match don't speak the same language, no worries! Messages are automatically translated. You write in English, your match reads in Chinese (or vice versa). The translation is seamless and natural.

When you're ready, start a video call directly from the conversation. The Gold plan even includes real-time video translation to communicate naturally despite the language barrier.

To get to know your match better, you can share your questionnaire answers. It's a mutual exchange: both must agree. This lets you discover your compatibilities in depth.

In your member area, click 'AI Coach'. The interface lets you select a specific match as context (optional), describe your situation, and choose goals.

Select one or more goals: Communication, Cultural differences, Long distance, Meeting in person, Building trust, Conflict resolution. The coach adapts its advice accordingly.

The AI coach generates detailed recommendations: next steps, questions to ask, cultural points to consider, warning signs, and conversation topic suggestions. Each recommendation is tailored to your situation.

All your previous sessions are saved and accessible from the side panel. You can revisit them at any time to re-read the coach's advice.

From the 'Pricing' page, compare three plans: Discovery (free), Premium (from €34/month) and Gold (from €69/month). Each plan details the included features.

The longer the commitment, the better the rate: monthly, 3 months (-10%), 6 months (-20%) or 12 months (-30%). The toggle at the top of the page lets you compare prices instantly.

Click 'Subscribe' and you'll be directed to our secure payment page. Enter your card details. Payment is processed by Stripe, the world leader in online payments.

From 'Subscription' in your dashboard, view your current plan, change plans, update your card, view invoices, or cancel your subscription if needed.

From your dashboard, go to the 'Referral' section. Your unique code (format HB-XXXXXXXX) is displayed prominently. You can also copy the referral link directly.

Send your code or referral link to friends or family who might be interested. When they sign up with your code, the referral is automatically tracked.

A dashboard shows you in real-time the number of registered referrals, rewards earned, and the status of each referral (pending, validated, rewarded).

Every 3 validated referrals, you automatically receive 1 free month of your current plan. There's no limit to the number of referrals — the more you share, the more you earn!
