HeartBridge is one of the few platforms compliant with both the European GDPR and China's PIPL personal data protection law:

• Data portability: complete export of your data in one click
• Right to erasure: total deletion of your account and all your data
• No Chinese user data is sent to American servers, and vice versa

Verification without storage

Your identity documents are used only for verification, then automatically deleted within 24 hours. We never retain your ID documents.

Privacy-respecting AI

When our AI analyzes your profile for guidance or coaching:

• Your data is anonymized before any processing
• Personal information (email, phone, names) is replaced with placeholders
• Each request uses an ephemeral identifier — the AI never knows your real identity
